I am a Master Plumber (M39038) with 20 years experience in plumbing new houses and repairing old houses.  This combination of experience is unique in the plumbing world.  

When less experienced plumbers try to fix something, they don't know what the whole plumbing system looks like behind the walls, since they have never done new construction.  I can see things three-dimensionally in my head and turn them 360 degrees, like a mental CAD program, to see through the walls and diagnose your problem.  Remember, fixing plumbing is not like fixing a refrigerator. Plumbing is a system, where all parts affect all other parts, not a set of discrete units. You want a very knowledgeable professional on your case, and that's me.
